Credebt Exchange Limited warrants that if any Member of the Exchange (hereinafter referred to as the “Member”) is not ‘100% Satisfied’ with their purchase of any of product on the Exchange, namely and specifically a Digi-Access™ certificate, a Credit or Analyst report or the Debt Collection Service (herein collectively referred to as the “Product”) and not those services specifically related to Exchange trading, it will refund the entire amount paid to to Credebt Exchange regardless of whether the Product has been used or not. This courteous 100% refund policy is offered without exception

Your payment obligations

You understand and agree that fees for Product will be paid in advance and may be billed to the credit card or postal address you provide on the web site or by telephone or by fax on either on a monthly or an annual basis as requested by the Member. If the Member’s credit card is not valid or if payment is not made for any reason which causes the Member’s account balance to go into a negative state you may be considered in default under the Exchange Member Agreement. If any payment due to Credebt Exchange under this Agreement is not paid when due, the Member agrees to pay interest on the past due amount on a daily basis from the due date until the date paid at a rate equal to the lesser of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate allowed by law.

Refunds, Credits and Cancellations.

Refunds will be offered only where it has been proven that Credebt Exchange has not delivered within the terms of the contract or statement made at the time of purchase. Automatic renewal. The Exchange Membership Agreement will automatically renew at the annual service price unless the Member cancels the account on the web site or sends written notice that they do not want it to renew. The Member may cancel the automatic renewal using the Support form on the Credebt Exchange website.

WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS

THE MEMBER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT Credebt Exchange’S PRODUCT IS PROVIDED “AS IS, AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTY WITH RESPECT TO THE QUALITY, PERFORMANCE OR FUNCTIONALITY OF THE PRODUCT OR WITH RESPECT TO THE QUALITY OR ACCURACY OF ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED FROM OR AVAILABLE THROUGH USE OF THE PRODUCT OR THE EXCHANGE OR THAT Credebt Exchange’S PRODUCT OR EXCHANGE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. Credebt Exchange DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF QUIET ENJOYMENT AND NON-INFRINGEMENT AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, WARRANTIES OF TITLE, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, MERCHANTABILITY OF COMPUTER PROGRAMS AND INFORMATIONAL CONTENT, PRODUCTS OR SOFTWARE SOLD OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE ON THIS SITE.

Credebt Exchange IS PROVIDING SOME PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND SOLUTIONS REMOTELY VIA THE INTERNET AND MULTIPLE PUBLIC AND PRIVATE FACILITIES, SOME OF WHICH ARE NOT WITHIN OUR CONTROL. Credebt Exchange DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE QUALITY OR CONDITION OF THE SERVICE.

Default and Remedies

The Member will be in default under the Exchange Membership Agreement if there is any one or more of the following actions:

1. Failure to pay any amount when due.
2. Member fails to comply with any provision of the Exchange Membership Agreement.
3. Any representation made by the Member in the Exchange Membership Agreement is or becomes untrue.

If the Member is in default in any way, Credebt Exchange may immediately take any one or more of the following actions:

1. Declare all unpaid amounts due and payable.
2. Terminate the Exchange Membership Agreement with respect to all or any part of the Product or Services.
3. Take any other lawful action Credebt Exchange may deem appropriate to obtain damages for Member’s breach.

NOTIFICATION and CHANGES

If Credebt Exchange changes its refund policy, it will post those changes on this page so that Members are aware of any changes. Users should check this policy frequently to keep abreast of any changes.
